There are very few of these types walking around and when you can work with one it makes all the difference in the world. As a Creative Director, she leads by letting others do what they do best and mentors them along the way. She’s encouraging to everyone and firm to the project goals. She listens patiently and can allow space for the team to reach their discovery before jumping in and finding the answer for them. Another trait of a true leader. Ashley is also a good person. She accepts everyone where they are at and really does love people. She’s kind-hearted and loves what’s true and beautiful and is a joy to work with.
